Frequently asked questions.(FAQ)

poly roof Erika UPVC sheets are produced with thicknesses of 1.7 mm to 5 mm.

Poly roof Erika UPVC sheets are usually available in 15 different colors, but in the case of special colors, they are produced according to the climatic conditions of the region and according to the size of the order (at least a thousand meters).

If the UPVC sheets are installed correctly, and the distance between purlins is observed, the poly roof Erika can withstand weight up to 550 kg, and more than that, an unusual rise will occur in it.

UPVC poly roof Erika sheets can be ordered in a fixed width of 106 cm and a maximum length of 12 meters.

Erika’s double-layer PU/UPVC poly roof sheets resist UV rays between 30 to 50 years depending on the angle of sunlight and the geographical conditions of the project location, as well as compliance with the installation principles.
Opaque single-layer UPVC sheets resist UV rays between 7 and 15 years, depending on the angle of sunlight and the geographical conditions of the project location, as well as compliance with the installation principles.
The mentioned lifespan is not absolute, and color changes in the products will occur gradually, and the noticeable difference will be visible if the product exposed to UV compared to the newly produced product.

1.7 mm thickness for brick walls and… (it means that the surface behind the sheet is completely filled) or in dropped ceilings (all the steps must be screwed)
2 mm thickness for purline distance up to 80 cm
2.2 mm thickness for a purline maximum distance of up to 90 cm,
2.5 mm thickness for a purline maximum distance of up to 100 cm
and other thicknesses are determined according to the special conditions of the substructure and the distance of the purlines.
